We’re proud to bake each of our cakes from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients. Our eggs are Organic and Certified Humane®, and all of our jams, curds, mousses, and buttercreams are made in-house. You’ll never find any pre-made fillings in our kitchen.
We’ve tested ingredients imported from all around the world and chose only the best to include in our cake recipes. We believe our menu represents the best of what the world has to offer, and we are proud to offer this exceptional quality in each and every cake we bake.
Inspired by New York’s vibrant culture, Carmela’s artistic pursuits include working at a fashion magazine and exhibiting her paintings on Fifth Avenue. After obtaining her Masters degree at New York University in Marketing & Design and studying cake design at the Institute of Culinary Education, Carmela decided to return to Fifth Avenue and use cakes as her canvas.

Born in New York City, Brandon has always had a fascination with the chemistry of food. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Evolutionary Psychology, he moved back to New York and put his passion to work. His mathematical mind and (often irrational) obsession with the kitchen scale drives everyone crazy, but the results are worth it.
